While Wedding Coordination is included in most of our venue packages, we realize not everyone chooses our venue!

HIRE A WEEK-OF WEDDING COORDINATOR

Our wedding coordinators are experts! Together, we have completed over 200 weddings! We know that not all weddings in Amarillo take place at our venue, but often times a coordinator is still needed! Let one of our coordination professionals come to you!

Week-of Wedding Coordination $1,000

What's included:

Travel to any location in Canyon or Amarillo. Additional fees for further travel
Pre wedding consultation 1-2 months before the wedding.
1 hour of rehearsal coverage where our staff helps organize who is walking down the aisle, and in what order!
4 - 5 hours of wedding day coverage! This is just enough time for our coordinator to get you down the aisle and assist with the important wedding details! We work closely with you DJ or announcer to make sure these details go just as planned. Assisting includes:
- Introductions
- First Dances
- Cake Cutting- we will even cut it for you!
- Toasts
- Bouquet/Garter toss
- Bussing Dinner Tables
- Etc.
